PTW The Minor Prophets: Seek the Lord and Live

This Volume in the Preaching the Word Series Features the Themes of Faithfulness, Rebellion, and Redemption in the 12 Minor Prophetic Books of the Old Testament

In the Old Testament, the faithful lives and messages of the minor prophets display God’s judgment as well as his mercy, his warnings to turn from sin and his grace for sinners. Each story of faithfulness, rebellion, and restoration calls on readers to live according to God’s will. In this volume of the Preaching the Word series, scholars Paul R. House and Stephen M. Coleman walk through the books of Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi, offering theological and practical insights on the 12 minor prophets.

Written with a commitment to biblical authority, clear exposition of Scripture, readability, and practical application, this volume is an essential resource for anyone interested in studying, teaching, or preaching the Bible.
