Drawing from 30 years in ministry, Alasdair Paine tackles the big questions head-on: What makes pastoring such a worthwhile calling? How do you know if you’re cut out for it? What about those nagging practical worries about money, family, and work-life balance?
But this isn’t just theory – Paine brings in the real deal with stories from pastors in the trenches. Five seasoned ministers share their journeys with refreshing honesty, showing what church leadership actually looks like in different settings. No sugar-coating, just authentic experiences.
