In an era where the definition and function of the church have been distorted by extreme pragmatism, John MacArthur is a beacon of timeless wisdom, offering answers rooted in Scripture. His book serves as a guide to establishing and defining a faithful congregation-an “ordinary” church-amid the challenges of a sin-perverted world.
What Is the Church?
And where do you fit in?
Martin Luther cautioned, “For where God built a church, there the Devil would also build a chapel.”
In today’s landscape, not everything claiming the title of a church embodies health or truth. Pastor John MacArthur’s new book serves as a guide to adopting a God-honoring approach in establishing and defining a faithful congregation amid the challenges of a sin-perverted world.
